I'll probably (if my arm was twisted) give it a 3 on 5, for pure effort in making Pandora come to life (sort of), else I left the theatre thinking to myself 'this is what is going to change cinema forever????' ... I couldn't help thinking during the movie that I've seen all this before, the flora and fauna in flourescent (Abyss), white man mingling with Natives and making a fool of himself (Dances with Wolves), long winding shots of Pandora's greenery and water falls (any number of HD Documentaries on Planet Earth). Was I let down with the weight of all the expectations surrounding this movie or the long wait for the movie to start, dunno, maybe.. but I did not think it was worth the money spent Dhs 160 for 2 tickets, it would probably have been worth Dhs60. Back to this site after a long, long time.. good to know that wearethemovies hasn't sold out itself to James Cameron like other critics have. Shocked to see Yahoo movies rating of A- ... SHOCKED!!
