No need for examples when you can cheat.

The answer is Dark City. And yes, I repeat, I cheated. I did a "reverse" search on IMDb using what I thought might be the most uncommon keyword (I chose "fishbowl"), and Dark City was the only match. A few more clicks confirmed it.

I don't think this is going to work as good as guessing the movie from the image - which you bastards have been ignoring since I posted my first three images there!
