The latex mask reminds me of " commander data"  from star trek the next generation.

Haha, totally!

Awesome Wrestler cover!

That has to be a joke, right? Just because he is called Randy 'The Ram' doesn't mean he needs to literally act like he's a fucking ram!

No, it's not a joke. I like how tongue-in-cheek that poster is. Not many people will see it though — they'll just see Rourke jumping off the ropes.

wtf?! are you guys serious? a few weeks ago i mentioned over DVDtalk message board that The Wrestler R1 DVD artwork is one of the worst artworks i've ever seen.definitely the worst Fox Searchlight artwork ever,so far.i dunno...maybe it's because i haven't seen the movie yet but even those who did they said the same thing.i thought it's gonna be better when i have the DVD on my hands but i saw it at DVD shops and it looks even worse than i thought.

they should've used this artwork http://www.impawards.com/2008/wrestler.html

"There's this whole school of thought that movies are always so great when you're 10 or 12 years old, and the reality of it is, when you're 10 or 12 years old, you've only seen 100 stories. By the time you get to be 25, you've seen 3,000. You've seen every permutation of every dramatic arc. And when somebody takes that and stands it on its head, that can be exciting." David Fincher

If you can't convince them, confuse them.
