Netscape never had much going for it anyway. But look, we now have firefox, which kicked IE's butt, and a lot of us use it.

In a way that is true. Firefox is built on mozilla which evolved after netscape went belly up and let out their code

getting back to the topic, i have VISTA installed and to be honest, its more of a pain to get used to a new interface to almost the same OS. YEs, it does crash less, but then again, it runs oooogles slower and i get the crash crashes itself in that much time.
Just a demo of how slow it is, on my current 2 year old laptop, XP used to scale up to playing HD movies, slightly jerky, but manageable with ease.
Now, with VISTA and no AV installed, I cant go into full screen for most of my Divx's and need vlc to play in the original aspect ratio. Thats 750 dhs wel spent wouldnt you say ? Thats how you'd end up paying for a home version of vista

I went down to some malls to play with it myself. (Note: I had other things to do; I didn't go just for Vista although there's nothing wrong with people that do. They just have a small penis, that's all.)

Honestly, I was underwhelmed by Vista. It's.just.OK.

Microsoft's next OS comes to us in 2009. I think its called Vienna. I wish my name was Vienna so I could sue Bill Gates, quit my job, buy an island, fill it up with Playboy models, and run WearetheMovies full-time. Oh, and I may need assistance. So you guys are welcome to join me...

Vista is totally over-rated. According to some benchmarkers, they claim you need 2 GB of RAM for it run smoothly.

and a proper graphics chip...not the average intel stuff!
and whats with all the makeup? functionally its still doing the same thing XP is, just prettier

So my question. Would you dish out about 750 dhs to make you pc look all pretty from the inside

Intel graphics suck, period. I'm pretty happy with my XP Pro SP2, and Style XP, which make it look like Mandrake, Ubuntu, Apple OS X, you name it! It's the best shelling program out there.
