Fortress (Protest the Hero, 2008)

Metal albums are not usually my thing, because while I like loud, I do not like repetitive, and they usually get repetitive very fast. However, "Fortress" is good. The first song, "Bloodmeat" is absolutely amazing. Goes from soft to loud to soft, with sections of the song that you just want to shout along with.

"Bone Marrow" is also an excellent track, being the third one, but as the songs move on from there, you find them slowly to resemble each other, and it turns into a repetitive metal album, something I was concerned to from the beginning.
