I hunted for my parts and finally bought my own new gaming rig, check these pix out. I had a tight budget, so I didn't go for the latest in the market, but the decent, affordable ones:

Pentium 4 3.4 Ghz HT
MSI Neo2 Platinum mobo
TwinMOS 512 MB DDR2 (going for another stick in a month's time)
Axtrom GeForce 6600 256 MB DDR2 PCI-E

And a new casing I'm still using my 2 IDE drives, but I'll go for SATA soon.

I've been running Quake 4, Path of Neo, F.E.A.R. and NFS Most Wanted on it, and it hasn't lagged yet. I'll post the 3D Mark 2005 scores soon.
