Thats why I'm saying, just buy an extra divx player. Get a cheap-ass one. Last year I got a no brand one for 100 dhs.

forgive my ignorance but these divx players have USB port i can plug in my external hard disk into?

Yes. For now, this, in fact, would be your best option.

I love how Oz finds a way to project his own desires by using Mad as his whipping boy. Ha, got ya!

What good is a phone call when you're unable to speak (with Mad's Wii in your... erm... mouth).

dunno about the sony's

The issue i have with these USB ports is most wont read NTFS partitions and most BIG hard drives are NTFS. Usually the flash sticks work fine since they are FAT32.

Excellent read on Flat-Screen TVs (LCDs & Plasmas), about the 120/240Hz, fps, and how the default showroom settings are not what you want.

Plasmas still exist? last TV i bought was back in 2008, SONY 42'' when USB ports were only on the higher end TVs now they are on every TV, mine doesn't have USB port and i'm not sure if many ppl use that.

and the next TV i'm going to buy is when Apple release their "SmartTV" which was rumored for 2012 but now rumors say it even might be later this year...but i highly doubt it hits stores before 2013-2014,that's IF they are working on a TV anyway....
