[Advice] Cinematographer in Arabic & Hindi

To our
Arabic
and
Hindi
-speaking members:
I need the word "cinematographer" translated into the most accurate form (as in, something that makes sense and is in contemporary use for discussion of films ie, not literal/academic!).
This is what Google Translate spit out, which I am sure can be improved:
cinematographer
(also commonly referred to as "Director of Photography")
Arabic:
المصور السينمائي
Hindi:
छायाकार
Thanks for any help!

If it were all in the script, why make the film?

Hello AK, as for Arabic, what google gave you was a good translation for the world cinematographer. If you want an accurate translation for "Director of Photography" then you go with "مدير التصوير" or "مخرج التصوير" although I like the first more because that what would come in the titles of Arabic films.

By the time you get to be 25, you've seen 3,000. You've seen every permutation of every dramatic arc. And when somebody takes that and stands it on its head, that can be exciting."

It's foul language/swear words, not 'bad' words, if that's what you meant.

Hindi:
छायाकार
Chayakaar, छायाकार, is correct. It is used in regular movie discussions, although not as much as the English word for it.
