i know it's a cliche but i'll say it..on these special occasions it doesn't matter where you go or what you do as long as you are with the right people.

if you are with the right people then you can party in hell and it would still feel so good..

A trip to the Burj Khalifa most likely (camera and tripod in hand) to see what promises to be a spectacular fireworks/laser/fire etc display.
