For me, it has to be the electrifying trailer to the The Town. Too bad the film didn't reach the highs of Gone Baby Gone, though it was pretty good.

Gives nothing away, but peaks the interest level. The spinning top, the tilting water-in-glass, gravity-shifting corridor. Excellent teaser!

Btw, list is for teasers/trailers that came out in 2010? Or for movies that released in the year? I ask because if we go by the first case, Tree of Life qualifies.
