Ok Gents, lets get the ball rolling. I want this out, quick. Preferably by end of this week. Lets not look for perfection. I realise since many people are not aware of what's playing and there is bound to be confusion once they look at 157 titles, we can be enormously helpful. It would be a good idea to keep it a mix of eclectic and contemporary. Start throwing those names NOW.

Guys...come on.
Everyone throw in at least 5 names, its pretty obvious this year. We should do a 10 film list. Here are mine:
Honey (Bal) Uncle Boonmee Winter's Bone If I want to whistle I whistle A Screaming Man

Here's a 10 movie list:
127 Hours A Screaming Man Honey If I Want to Whistle, I Whistle The Hunter The King's Speech The Way Back Uncle Boonmee Who Can Recall Past Lives When We Leave Winter's Bone
Mix of Award winners and star power. Any non-hardcore festival goer can watch these 10 and not be too taxed, and yet come away having experienced a festival!

Guys, I'm going ahead with the 10 below for one reason or the other, but mostly because they will be easier to sell to potential readers.
127 Hours A Screaming Man Bal If I want to whistle I whistle The Hunter The King's Speech The Way back Uncle Bonmee who can recall his past lives When we Leave Winter's Bone
Does anyone want to write this or portions of it?

Bump, less than a week to go and we dont have this on the website.
127 Hours - Danny Boyle is not the only reason to watch this film, recently announced Oscar host James Franco gives the performance of his life.
The King's Speech - If last years A Single Man didn't get Colin Firth the Oscar, this year he makes sure he gets it when he plays a speech impaired King George VI
Winter's Bone - A young girls' struggle to find her father who might be in trouble but has more taxing things to worry about.

THE HUNTER Director Rafi Pitts continues the new wave of Iranian cinema with a meditation on revenge and familial loss, deceptively parlaying the political chaos of his country under the guise a thriller. A must-see.

Thanks ak, I'll replace my grubby sentences with what you've written for the Hunter. Should go online in the next 30 minutes.
