a movie that hasn't been made/should be made? It could be Hollywood or Bollywood or whatever film industry you please. And this is purely hypothetical.

List the movie here, with your ideal cast list and why!

I'll start with...a Bollywood remake of Inception:

1) Cobb should be played by Shahrukh Khan, as he can perform action scenes and emotional scenes rather well (but OTT sometimes).

2) Satio should be played by Danny Denzongpa. He'd make an excellent villain.

3) Yusuf should be played by the same actor, as long as his Hindi is good. And no, not Kal Penn, haha.

4) Miles...hands down, Amitabh Bachchan! A short, cameo sort of role.

5) Eames should be played by Arjum Rampal, or some other, slick actor. His art was deception after all.

My knowledge of Bollywood stars sucks, so I don't know who'd fill the roles of Arthur, Eames, Robert Fischer, Jr...

The Bollywood remake of INCEPTION must be directed by David Dhawan to do the original full justice. And Paresh Rawal should play Cobb.

My second option for Miles was Naseeruddin Shah, cool! I didn't understand who the other half in the list were Sad

Why Sanjay Dutt?! The guy was a millionaire business man, how will Sanjay Dutt pull that off?

Nice list Shariqq, I would put Dilip Tahil in place of Tom Beregner, Konkana Sen Sharma in place of Ellen Page and Ranbir Kapoor in place of Joseph Gorden-Lewitt.

Oh yes, Dilip Tahil. Good choice! I don't like Konkona, so won't pick her. Imran and Ranbir are, I think equally good and equally cool. Though I like Ranbir more, I didn't want the actor to steal Saif's thunder, which Ranbir possibly can Wink

Osama, although absurd, I liked this casting exercise.

Here's another one: what if Hollywood decided to remake Oldboy, with a hard-R rating. Who'd you cast for the main 3 roles? Who'd direct?

You guys lost me with the cast list, I don't know anyone Sad. Pictures might help next time, hehe.

Oldboy?

Dae-su Oh - Donnie Yen, hands down, as the lead. Not Jet Li. This guy needs to be good at martial arts, and be able to show emotion!

No wait...it wouldn't be much of a remake if the lead wasn't American.

So let me start again:

Director - Doug Liman

Dae-su Oh's character- Joshua Jackson. Or Edward Norton.

Mi-Do's character - Someone young. I mean, less than 18. Not Dakota Fanning, the character has to be innocent and naive.

Yu Ji-tae's character - Paul Bettany. Or Ben Kingsley. Or Christoph Waltz.

Gah, I'm lost.

Dae-su Oh - Viggo Mortenson

Mi-Do - Emma Watson

I'd love to see *THAT* scene in this movie with the above two actors. (AK's probably mentally salivating while imagining this!)

Yu Ji-tae - Ben Affleck

And the Director? Good cast list though! But Ben Affleck as a cool-headed menacing villain?

Shariq, once again brilliant choices...I don't think I would change anything on this one. Ben Affleck as the suave but cold villain is a good choice. Viggo too will be brilliant and brutal when needed. And what can I say about Miss Burberry - she is too hot to handle...

Thanks! Also, I think Affleck can make us believe he would have done the sort of things his character does as a youngster Tongue
