I don't get it. Are they running out of actors? Ryan Reynolds? He's already in 2 Marvel movies as 2 different characters!

I see in the background of the picture Nathan Fillion, he is a really cool dude and I loved him in everything I saw him like Serenity, Slither and all his TV work. He and Reynolds are reuniting after they both got their break in the late 90's with the sitcom Two Guys, a Girl, and a Pizza Place. Although I have checked his imdb page and there is no mention for him being in Green Lantern. It has Blake-Great-Legs-Lively though.

Did some reading on this - that is not an actual production still. Reynolds as Green Lantern in costume has not yet been released. Also, Nathan Fillion (love the guy!) is not officially cast in the film either, that cool pose of him is from a fan based trailer that came out last year:

That actually a fun trailer, considering that it is fake and all. I was really confused because in a film this far in production, he would have been credited for his role on imdb even if it was a cameo. Although it's rumored that he will be playing Ant-Man in Edgar Wright's Ant-Man and in Joss Whedon's The Avengers, both are slated for 2012 releases. If that happen then it will be great for him because this guy will have a huge break, for he is right now only well-known by TV and comic books geeks.

Yes, terribly amateurish.

That's for the Licensing Expo or something. It's simply to sell toys.

Mark Strong is an excellent choice for the villain.

Mark Strong as Sinistro will be worth a watch, but whether you know the characters or not, I'm with Kaytee - stupid posters.

I agree too. Crap posters. Only Mark Strong's Sinistro looks interesting.

DC-WB is not learning anything from Marvel.

fuck sake...do they still make these movies?! enough already! i'm sick and tired of alll these comic book movies that add up nothing to cinema.it's like Star Trek but they are green this time and much more gayer.

boycott this movie please and use the time you will waste on this to gaze on the stars or something..

By the time you get to be 25, you've seen 3,000. You've seen every permutation of every dramatic arc. And when somebody takes that and stands it on its head, that can be exciting." David Fincher
