X-Men Origins: Wolverine - "Weapon X" is possibly one of the most brutal, bloody and imaginative origins a mainstream comic book super-hero has had. Adapting the book into a children-friendly PG-13 movie was the first mistake. Merging the character of Weapon XI with Deadpool was a bad second. Even so, nothing can spoil a movie about fictional superheroes as bad special effects, the likes of which in today's age is unforgivable. Also crammed with many unnecessary blink-and-miss mutants, the movie reaches an appalling height of gaudiness with an over-the-top superficial climactic battle that was probably conceived by 7-year olds with plastic toys. If Hugh Jackman's consistency were not complemented by Liev Schreiber's menacing Sabretooth, X-Men Origins: Wolverine would be relegated to the worst of the franchise (below X-Men: The Last Stand), something it survives with a hair's breadth.

What smirky RDJ annoyance joke?

It was not a RDJ joke, your quote was: "The most annoying audience member in the cinema, in this case, is the movie!"

Sherlock Holmes: You know that feeling when there's someone in the audience who keeps announcing what to expect next in the movie? That irritating annoyance building into anger as the movie progresses? And he laughs loudly when what he predicted does happen? That most annoying member in the cinema, in this case, is the movie. Robert Downey Jr. and Guy Ritchie transform Doyle's suave and intelligent Sherlock Holmes into a filthy know-it-all rascal with a faux English twang who has not been able to get over his love for Jude Law's bum. The movie further suffers from the hammed-up theatricality of Mark Strong's Illusionist-inspired Lord Blackwood. With Sherlock Holmes, Guy Richie seems to have one intention: to make the world more mediocre.

Good to see the Worst Films list on the WM main website. Nice work, Ayaa.

See if you can fix the pictures in the article (WOLVERINE looks deformed), add "continuing reading" in a better place and perform some creative bolding on the subheadings. Fizz can and should help you with the "quality control" -- he's the editor afterall!

(Additionally: Shariq did an amazing job on his Hollywood 2010 article. Take a look at it and try and emulate the use of bolded fonts, etc. Or ask him directly for help, if Fizz is not available immediately.)

Once you are completely done, I will then publish the Worst Films of 2009 and Hollywood 2010 articles together via WM's Facebook and Twitter channels. We'll give our readers a good "Valentine's Day" present, ha ha...

I've already corrected/amended the article structurally. Have also fixed some images, added bold where necessary and a photo montage for the main page (not the best picture selections, but the only thing I could manage while at work). I think it should be ok for assimilation on twitter/fb.

I am glad to see the piece on the main site. All the thanks to Fizz who did all the nice touches, and I am sorry Fizz for leaving all the heavy-lifting for you. I promise I will try harder next time to make you job easier.

As for the pictures, the reason they are not so good is that I changed their scales to make them the same size, that is Wolverine's was so deformed, but thanks to Fizz who changed it to a better one.

This was a group effort and it would have never seen the light of day if it was not for the collaboration of AK, Fizz, KT, Mad, and Shariqq, so thank you guys all, you are the best. You really did a suburb job, I almost wanted to reassign the parts that I wrote to you guys because I liked your pieces so much and didn't want to put them with the ones I did because they are not on the same level of eloquence, so many thanks to you.
