Fizz, does the infamous quote "Greed is good" find its way into the sequel?
Yes, in his opening speech addressed to a public for the launch of his book, Gekko mentions that he once said "Greed was good, but now its legal", this is in the trailers as well. Apart from that, his book has the obvious reference too in its title. However, the film focuses a lot on bubbles - the word is used innumerable times and there are at least 3 shots of, yup, you guessed it, actual bubbles hovering in the air!

Stone isn't exactly known for being nuanced, so the literal bubbles are not a surprise.

If it were all in the script, why make the film?

what's the exact opposite word of "greedy"? i'm that word.greedy people sicken me..
you know i'm fine with greedy people who are actually greedy for a purpose.meaning, they want more because they need more but if you want more just for the sake of it then you are sick.the majority of people i know who are greedy are stingy or have problems when it comes to spending.
i guess it all comes down to how you were raised and i'm thankful to say i was raised to thank god and be grateful for whatever i have.

By the time you get to be 25, you've seen 3,000. You've seen every permutation of every dramatic arc. And when somebody takes that and stands it on its head, that can be exciting."

I think the opposite of Greed is Contentedness which you certainly don't seem like you are.

Crap. This doesn't even seem to be worth the KFF. I'm happy I decided (at the last moment) to watch
The American
instead of this. Now that was a film worth my money.
