Forgive, but never Forget...

I don't get much time to watch TV, but when I do, my favorite would be the CSI Series, mainly CSI: Las Vegas. Over the years CSI: Miami and CSI:NY have also come up on Fox, but I think the main CSI: Las Vegas is better than the other two.

The show is how a crime is solved using the most modern forensice and other investigation tools to solve a crime, law is something which fascinates me, so I find this series even more interesting. All characters are pretty good with their parts, especially William Peterson who plays the head of the team as Grisson, who will be leaving this season and will be replaced by Laurence Fishburne in the next season. Its all about the Crime lab in this show and how a group of investigators solve crimes by using scientific and technical methods.

CSI: Miami like the original show also does the same as solving crimes using forensic science, but this show focuses a lot on other things as well including the location of Miami, the beaches, even the characters in the show wear a little more revealing clothes than the original. Nothing wrong in that, but it completely gives you different fresh feeling from the CSI:LV which shows its offices a little dark and morbid.

CSI:NY will this show is playing catch up right now with the other two shows and it will be interesting to see how it turns out.

I am a BIG fan of CSI the original, but I despise the horrendous CSI: Miami as much as I loved Las Vegas'. CSI: NY is very a good series, and Gary Sinise makes it work.

By the way, Quentin Tarantino directed the two parts season finale for the 5th season, which was excellent. I highly recommend it even if you are not particularly a fan of the series.
