Watched it today, found it to be, IMHO, his best flick till date...and I thought his Punch-Drunk Love rocked. Gets a WEE bit boring towards the end, but hey, it's all good.

i didn't want to see this and i didn't want to like it but i did.it had its moments.the entire third act is rubbish though.they didn't know what to do with the storyline so they decided to turn it into let's-all-weep hollywood drama.

the movie had a few cool 80's pop hits.i loved the part where they played Ultraviolet by U2.

"There's this whole school of thought that movies are always so great when you're 10 or 12 years old, and the reality of it is, when you're 10 or 12 years old, you've only seen 100 stories. By the time you get to be 25, you've seen 3,000. You've seen every permutation of every dramatic arc. And when somebody takes that and stands it on its head, that can be exciting." David Fincher

Should one watch it in the cinema or wait for it to come on DVD?

hehe... a date movie its not! THIS CONTAINS SPOILERS!

Saw it yesterday, on a cousin's recommendation, it turned out to be great movie. A lot of messages of course, live life, dont put off special people, events, make time etc... I guess the movie had to turn emotional to make viewers realise how careful we should be when we wish for something, like being able to turn time around...

Seeing the directors interpretation of the future was a bit refreshing... we still drink water, use computers, and human relationships still matter... just modes of transport and residence have changed Smiley

Adam Sandlet is great, so are his kids, his wife (very beautiful), his parents etc etc... good cast...

Watch it for, what I thought was a goofy take on 'Meet Joe Black'

I would give it a 3/5

Watched it last night and I have to say this was one horrible movie. I like Adam Sandler when he is the goof ball, not when he is all melodramatic. Kate Beckinsale is in the movie just to look good, think she gets a total of 5 lines in the movie.
