Sulpuherhead, how do I uninstall or reinstall Ubuntu? It doesnt start, because I think I fucked up.

Installing Ubuntu (or most OS) usually means tampering with the Master Boot Record.
Did you install Ubuntu as part of a dual operating system, side by side with Windows?
Also, what did you use to install it? It usually has a couple of ways to install.
