Man, I just saw this with sound now (had to watch it mute earlier when office was populated, and in 720p. FUCK, this looks fantastic! Someone, tell me this is a movie coming out anytime soon.

They've not only moved the story to a bloody-violent slant of reality (no fantasy here), they've also thankfully kept it as violent as the games suggest it should be. The relationships seem perfect, the alliances seem right. I am geeking out here!!

The short showed/mentioned: Jax, Reptile, Baraka, Johnny Cage, Shang Tsung, Scorpion, Sonya, Sub-Zero. They have to have Liu Kang & Rayden too. But how will they explain Sub-Zero's and Rayden's and others' "super-powers"?

I wanna watch this movie!

This looks pretty decent. They are removing the "The Night Chronicles" name from the title after the bashing M. Night has suffered. This is called Devil.
