By the time you get to be 25, you've seen 3,000. You've seen every permutation of every dramatic arc. And when somebody takes that and stands it on its head, that can be exciting."

There is a certain critic named
Armond White
who will give it a rotten review guaranteed and will knock it down even if everyone else loved it. Think of him as Animatedude only more widely known
. This guy gives the like of
Grown Ups From Paris with Love, Transformer2
and
Clash of The Titans
a favorable review, and shits all over films like
In The Loop, Inglourious Basterds
,
The White Ribbon
, and the Pixars. He seems to love to contradict and when you read his
review of Toy Story3
for instance he does not seem to have a valid point and you get the impression that he is just enjoying being the "villain" of Rotten Tomatoes. That is why I am certain he will be writing a bad review of
Inception
just for the hick of it.

Screw him.
I just wanna stress the point that one has every right to dislike a film and one should not be condemned just because he feels different than the popular opinion. What ticks me off is not that, it is going against everyone just to be contrarian and to be dick about it.

Pretentious mind-fuck - M. Night Shyamalan
Masterpiece - Christopher Nolan
Can't judge a movie based on the running time.

I was right on the money when I said you are like
Armond White
. You my friend is a party pooper. You go watch your
Sex and The City
and all the shitty films that no one else like, and leave watching the "pretentious so-called mind-fuck" for us the commoners.

In what fucking planet do you live where 75% of the people didn't get
The Dark Knight
? Are you really that delusional? It is not like it is the third biggest grossing film of all time, oh wait a minute, IT IS!!!
I can respect and understand you disliking
The Dark Knight
, heck, I can even get it you are not interested in seeing
Inception
, after all
DiCaprio, Levitt
, and
Murphy
are too old for your taste now (I know they are not the
Jonas Brothers
or the rest of your Disney channel crushes). But please refrain from speaking on behalf the rest of us, because as far as I am concerned, you are an alien from another planet.
