i would understand the mentality of the average moviegoer if he compared this poop to The Matrix but you guys should be better and smarter than this....both are very different.

By the time you get to be 25, you've seen 3,000. You've seen every permutation of every dramatic arc. And when somebody takes that and stands it on its head, that can be exciting."

No, I don't think the 2 Disc DVD is out anywhere, I've checked ebay and Amazon, they all have crappy 1 Disc DVDs for USD 16. However, the Blu-Ray one is out there, and comes in the briefcase etc., as expected.

Not true, Amazon.co.uk has the 2-disc edition. Although not released in Region-1, Region-2 gets the 2-disc DVD treatment, although the extras are quite limited.

Whether you like it or not, the film is worth comparing to the Matrix for reasons already discussed. Also, it wasn't just the average moviegoer that liked, nay, loved this film but some of the most esteemed and respected critics worldwide with far more credibility than any of us. I'd like to think that if we aren't a barometer of determining quality, for everyone else they certainly are. The film has quite deservedly carved its spot in film history. I hate to sound like I'm some sort of apologist for Inception, but I find the hate against it on this forum entirely unjustified and in most instances a backlash of its popularity.

Don't want to stir up a debate, but it seems more and more as if DVD (which was a perfectly worthy medium) is being fast tracked towards extinction not because there is something wrong with it but because the powers that be want to thrust down the format of Blu Ray down our throats. Best thing is to buy none of them (long live KFF!).

the 3 for 10 BD offer in Bahrain biggest DVD stores has become 1 BD each DVD..yes 1 BD only.that's even less than Walmart $5 bargain bins.
Zodiac for 1 BD and nobody bought it...i felt was so offended.
