HEAVY SPOILERS - AVOID IF YOU HAVE NOT SEEN THE MOVIE YET.

Mind-numbing stuff this was. Tight storytelling, brilliant acting, shot beautifully. I don't see why people are finding the movie unoriginal, the ideas used in the movie were fresh or at least I have never seen anything of this sort before.Yes we don't have people avoiding bullets and jumping over cars, but we had fighting while no gravity, the time differences between the levels of dream, for me that all is pretty damn cool and fresh.

Leonardo DiCaprio finally looks the part and acts brilliantly, able support from Ken Watanabe, Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Ellen Page. Marion Cotillard is so fucking beautiful but I am sick of seeing her play the whiny damsel in distress.

And finally the last scene, the minute he saw his kids faces I said it aint a dream but that top kept spinning so I assume that is Nolan just fucking with us. But it does not matter as the main protagonist got closure be it a dream or reality. He managed to enter back in the US and see his kids, which was his motive from the start.

If almost half of the page has nondescript gray blocks (check the previous page), a simple warning (in red), as Kaytee done, would seem easier on the eyes and more encouraging for people to actually read.

Then what's the point of a spoiler tag? Members who haven't watched the movie will definitely skim through this page.

Glad you liked it Kaytee, and agree with you.

Marion Coutillard, though. I thought she was FANTASTIC in this film, easily the best performance. She is so good looking (and hot), yet she pulls of her vile character so well.

Using a spoiler *tag* should not be mandatory. A spoiler *warning* can be just as effective. If people "skim" through the spoilers, even after seeing the posted warning, whose fault is it?

Someone mentioned this point about the ending -
It is possible that Cobb is still dreaming in the end because the clothes of the children are still the same like in every other dream he has had.
By the time you get to be 25, you've seen 3,000. You've seen every permutation of every dramatic arc. And when somebody takes that and stands it on its head, that can be exciting." David Fincher

Are they? I didn't notice. Who ever watches this movie again next, please note!
But even if that is true, it doesn't conclusively prove either way, because:
If Cobb has been away from home for just a few months (which I think is the case), it is not unlikely that the kids may dress in those same clothes again.

I guess that ending can be argued based on how each of us saw it. I'm firmly of the belief that he's awake.
Yeah, that's what I thought of too...same clothes? I agree with KT. Leaving for the 2nd viewing in a bit, soooo excited!
And number 3 on IMDB's top 250...well deserved.
