While you verify that, here's one that took me some time.

Find a 10-digit number, where:
the first figure defines the count of zeros in this number
the second figure defines the count of numeral 1 in this number
the third numeral defines the count of numeral 2 in this number.
the fourth numeral defines the count of numeral 3 in this number.
the fifth numeral defines the count of numeral 4 in this number.
the sixth numeral defines the count of numeral 5 in this number.
the seventh numeral defines the count of numeral 6 in this number.
the eighth numeral defines the count of numeral 7 in this number.
the ninth numeral defines the count of numeral 8 in this number.
the tenth numeral defines the count of numeral 9 in this number.

The number 9 appears once, yet you've left the last digit as zero. And changing that to one will change the second digit. It's not an easy one to crack...
