Evil Urges (My Morning Jacket, 2008)

I love this indie/art-rock band. Their previous album Z is a total masterpiece.

My Morning Jacket will be releasing their new record Evil Urges on June 10, 2008. This time there will be vocals from other members of the band, and not just lead singer and songwriter Jim James, who has said, with Evil Urges, the band wanted to get away from "normal rock and roll sounds" and emulate more of the band's live sound.

I've heard two cuts from this album, and it is pure genius. Can't wait. Meanwhile you guys should be listening to Z.
