I dont know about you guys but I used to love this show with David Hasselhoff. They are back and this time not with a Pontiac but a Ford Mustang.

Lol...yeah, as a kid i lived by this show as well. They made a terrible TV movie out of it though and a spin of TV show in the 90's (Team Knight Rider). Don't think this will work if we don't have the services of David Hasselhoff himself. That ad looks more like a car commercial though..

Jay Leno and the Kilmer-KITT.

The backdoor pilot/2-hour TV movie debuts in a day's time via NBC on 17 Feb. Can't wait.

I saw the pilot, and it is awful. Kilmer seems to have literally phoned it in as KITT; the new show tries to be hip by setting up the story with young characters thereby weaving in the obligatory 'college humor'; the guy playing the driver is supposed to be The Hoff's son, but -- I can't believe I'm saying this -- he makes Hoff (who guest stars) look like Laurence Olivier in comparison.

And I thought "The Sarah Connor Chronicles" was bad...

I have to agree AK, the Pilot was horrendous. They even had a "black" surfer chick coming out of the ocean in her bikini and to top it out she is a lesbian, how cool are they trying to be?

Even though the car looks awesome, the show will have to take giant leaps to prove its worth.

On a different note - AK have you seen Mad Men or Dirty Sexy Money yet?

I laughed so loudly during that scene that the girl in the next room started knocking on her side of the wall. (She and I had hot sex afterwards, but I don't feel like sharing the dirty details in a public forum.)

The scene in question represents everything wrong with this show -- it's as if they had a checklist of stuff that, they think, makes them cool. Eg: Villain with a British accent? Check. Hero in bed with two blonde girls? Check. Black, lesbian cop doing a Halle Berry ala "Die Another Day," then acting all Independent Woman in front of the hot blonde chick she picked up the night before? Check, check, check.

Fucking pathetic.

P.S. No, Kaytee, haven't seen "Dirty Sexy Money" yet, though I know Krause and Sutherland is in it. Good?

No clue if it is good, I have been trying to watch it for a while now but never got the time. Hopefully this week.

I've started watching this show because I heard it might get cancelled...and after watching the first 2 episodes, I realized why. Hell, after watching the first 10 minutes, I fig'd it out:

1) Most of the women look like pr0nstars. What's with all the excess skin?
2) They have a cheap sense of humor, and can't act for shit. I could've sworn I saw 'em in some pr0n flick.
3) The lead character looks like a beefcake, rather than a guy with a 'dark past' and has memory loss. How fcuking cliched can they get?

It's just terrible! Cheap effects. It's worse than Team Knight Rider!
