You're welcome.

The live performances are a treat, but the highlight has to be the finale -- a simple yet brilliant video for "Nude", which I predict will be their second single.

"Nude" is my 'least' favorite In Rainbows track!

Difficult to choose, but my Top 3 tracks are "Videotape," "Faust Arp" and "Jigsaw Falling Into Place."

Yours?

Fucking tough. These are in order but by a very small margin. The same goes for the entire album.

1. Nude
2. Jigsaw Falling Into Place
3. Weird Fishes/Arpeggi

It is difficult to pick, but Videotape is my favourite. The album makes for a great morning ride to work.

Great fucking news (for me; sorry Dubaians!); another dream come true:

Radiohead is playing at the spectacular Hollywood Bowl, LA on Aug 25, 2008! Thom Yorke's fave band Liars will be opening for them. I've already bought my ticket!

Good stuff - I was wondering why you'd never been to any concerts in L.A. I guess you were saving up for the best.

Yeah, man, concerts are really expensive. I mean you get shitty local band concerts (and I've been to far too many of those; they're fun and everything, but nothing worth talking about), but the big ones cost crazy cash. For example: I really want to go to see The Police + Elvis Costello next month, but tickets costs upwards of $200. Do the math in AED, and it's a major turnoff. Same thing happened with Coachella. But I'm not letting this Radiohead gig get away. Also, there's Nine Inch Nails in Sept, which I will also be going to. (Reviewing their new album Ghosts I-IV very soon.)

ak...you do realise that the Police are a once in a lifetime thing....i mean you're talking about a band that broke up and are basically doing a one off reunion. You could live to tell the tale to your grand kids. Plus, the Police are a band unparalleled in their sound and collection of great tunes.

That's what my friends are telling me. Infact the line my Italian friend used was, "AK, The Police can die next year. Radiohead will be around for another 10 years." I don't know. $200 is a lotta money. If I change my mind, of course, I'll report back here.

Good to hear, ak! Radiohead are worth saving up for. However, I'm with the general consensus here -- you should not let The Police slip. I mean, seriously, would you be able to find anything better to spend that $200 on? (No, shut up, don't give me the obvious answers!)

You know, Fizz and Oddy's remarks are making me reconsider The Police gig. I'll keep you guys posted.

Radiohead has given permission for using the track "All I Need" for the MTV EXIT (End Exploitation and Trafficking) campaign. Here is the resulting video. It needs no commentary from me, as it clearly speaks for itself.
